HealthTrust Europe
HealthTrust Europe provides procurement and related services to the UK public sector via a framework agreement, in place between HTE and University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust (the UHCW framework).
The UHCW framework requires HTE to put in place compliant frameworks and contracts with suppliers, like ourselves, on behalf of our public sector customers and to provide other procurement services to customers as they request. All the work they do for the public sector is in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

Emergency Personnel is proud to have been awarded our ISO certificate which proves our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
ISO 9001 sets out the criteria for a quality management system and is the only standard in the family that can be certified to (although this is not a requirement). The Care Inspectorate is a scrutiny body which supports improvement. That means that they look at the quality of care in Scotland to ensure it meets high standards. Where they find that improvement is needed, they support services to make positive changes.

The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is the independent body responsible for monitoring and inspecting the availability and quality of health and social care services in Northern Ireland and encouraging improvements in the quality of those services.
